Culture & Leadership Strategy Development Project: Government Agency
Designed and implemented communication and feedback systems across a 230-member organization, which included translating the 2020-2021 federal DEI policy into practical, day-to-day leadership tools through structured briefing frameworks, 360-degree feedback, and small-group workshops to strengthen alignment, trust, and team performance.
